We are a university dependency that recognizes the worth of the activities carried out by teachers and researchers. These activities become in intellectual creations and scientific researches for the benefit of the country and the community in general.

In this sense, we recognize to undertake the activity of researching developed in the University as a main labor. Therefore we are dedicated to have guardianship of the intellectual creations produced.

In order to achieve this labor, we join the scholars from the moment they produce knowledge, we provide advice to them when doing the document proceeding and every procedure required to assure the protection of their intellectual products.
